PT Lock & Safe Are Here for You in an Emergency

We’ve had to move on a stage in our response to the ongoing Covid-19 virus outbreak. Our first responsibility has to be the safety of our staff and customers. So, as of today, PT Lock & Safe is temporarily suspending all services apart from emergency callouts such as house and car lockouts.

We respectfully ask customers in these situations to avoid any unnecessary contact such as shaking hands, and to give our staff a safe working distance of 2 metres. 

As long as we are permitted to keep trading, we will cover these emergency situations. However, all routine maintenance calls, spare car and house key cutting, and other services will not be available for the time being. Our premises will be closed until the Government deems it safe for us to continue to trade normally. 

We’d like to thank everyone for their understanding in these matters. We are hoping by taking these strict measures now, we will be able to return to normal trading all the sooner. We’ll keep this blog and our Facebook account updated with any further changes.
