We always quote you a price for our general locksmith services. We are honest about our prices. Typically, we’ll charge you £60.00 (+VAT) for a callout during normal working hours. We’ll give you a quote for the whole job before we come out and that is what you’ll pay. There are no exorbitant first hour fees and, unless you want one for security reasons, you won’t have to fork out for a new lock – meaning it could be more cost-effective to use our services than to go with an ostensibly cheaper locksmith.

We know being locked out is stressful, so we aim to get to you as fast as possible. During office hours, most callouts are attended within 30-60 minutes, and we also offer emergency help outside of normal hours.
Absolutely. All our locksmiths are DBS checked, listed as Norfolk Trusted Traders, and RAC approved. We always try to pick locks rather than force them, so your property stays safe and undamaged.
Our standard callout fee is £60 (+VAT) during normal working hours and we always provide a full quote before beginning any work. There are no surprises and you’ll only pay for the work we actually do.
We operate from our central workshop in Norwich, with hubs in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, covering Norfolk and North Suffolk, and nearby areas. For specialist work, like safes or imported car keys, we’re happy to travel further if needed.
