Price Transparency Policy – What We Quote Is What You Pay

Less scrupulous businesses use hidden and additional fees in order to squeeze as much money out of consumers as possible. The locksmith industry is certainly not innocent of these practices that make customers very wary and leaves many unhappy. At PT Lock and Safe we avoid this by asking customers to pay only the amount that we originally quoted them.
Our Call Out Fees
We will always quote you a price for our general locksmith services and, unlike other companies in our industry, we are upfront about our prices. We typically charge £57 + VAT for call outs during working hours we will give you a quote for the whole job when you call us. The quote we give will be the price you pay. Our pick before drill approach means that, unless you want to for security reasons, you won’t have to pay out for a new lock.
